Description:
Ensure safe and controlled pulling tasks with this versatile tool, capable of applying pressures of 10, 12, or 15 tons The adjustable thrust piece can be replaced or extended as needed, while the pressure spindle is securely locked to prevent accidental withdrawal
Preparation for use includes several steps:
1 Confirm that the pressure spindle is extended sufficiently from the cap for the thrust piece to be in the starting position within the hydraulic cylinder.
2 Remove the cap from the spindle body by loosening the grub screw
3 Attach the spindle body to the crossbar of the extractor until it extends approximately 60 mm beyond the crossbar
4 Secure the cap onto the spindle body and tighten it with the setscrew
5 Position the puller and tension the spindle body using a wrench (SW 41)
6 Install the pressure spindle (SW 17) into the cap
This hydraulic system allows for a maximum stroke of the pressure piece of 12 mm.
After completing the task, the workpiece can be fully disengaged by turning the spindle body with the cap (SW 41) Finally, return the pressure spindle (SW 17) to its original position and retract the pressure pad back into the hydraulic cylinder for storage.
Features and Benefits:
•Set up for a pressure of 10 t, 12 t or 15 t.
•Thrust piece can be replaced and extended.
•Secured with an unscrewing lock to prevent accidental withdrawal.
•Controlled pulling work with hydraulic spindle.
